Decided to purchase the 512GB as I intend to use it as a stand alone system. The games are addictive to try. Be prepared to spend 100 to 200 on games as well for a fully rounded gaming experience. I'm 39 and was not a gamer in the least, but wanted to try VR. Just better experience for everything. From watching movies, to flying WW2 fighter planes, exploring the International Space Station, or surfing youtube, the immersive experience is worth the money. Only downside, is it isn't good for young kids. It is all rated for 13+ and this is not a content issue, it's a safety issue. I let my kids try it with my assistance. The problem for my 9 and 6 year y/o kids(who are into games, and have some) is their head size, eyes, height and lack of critical balance and motor skills when your senses are being fooled. In a strictly feeling sense it's like trying to walk around very drunk at times. This doesn't effect my review in the least as these warnings are very clear during setup, and seem to be accurate as well as warranted. 5 out of 5 Stars after roughly 20hrs of trying many games. One final tip. Not all the games will be for everyone, don't be afraid to try multiple games and find what thrills you.

Great for exercising for a person that finds it hard to get into a routine at home. Being interactive and a bit competitive makes exercising much more enjoyable. Great so far a bit pricy but good if it can get you into an exercising routine.

Absolutely no regrets with this purchase I’m amazed with it and all the things that you are able to do My main interest in getting it was to look at places in the world in VR that I’ll never get to see and I was not disappointed I would recommend this to anyone

The quest3 is super fun and amazing I love it and would encourage everyone to get won if they can I use it as much as I can and I’m 53 years old 🤠🤠🤠👍👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️

Concept is cool, but super glitchy

Freezes a lot. Picking up the headset will sometimes place you in a totally incorrect room boundary making the game unplayable unless re-started. Controllers are pretty low quality. Right one is already flexing at the seams after 3 weeks, the A button is sticky. It's fairly front-heavy and not recommended for smaller people or anyone that's had a neck injury in the past.
The sound quality is decent for what it is and positional audio queues are accurate in 3D environments. The controller sensitivity is accurate and intuitive.

I just wish this $850 system wouldn't glitch and freeze constantly. My kid was playing gorilla tag and the thing froze up so bad that the power button wouldn't even turn it off and we had to wait for the full battery to die. Battery life under normal gaming is pathetic at 2 hours or less - but when it froze, it took a good 4 hours to die LOL. I suppose the low normal use battery life is OK because it's probably unhealthy to have it strapped to your head for too long at a time anyway.
Maybe mine's a lemon, but I'll be trying to exchange it to see if it keeps happening.

I purchased my quest 3 512 gb and fell in love with it. I instantly started started using the development mode and it's definitely a great investment. 👍🏿

Disappointing

+ Hand tracking was so good
- Not as sharp as they have advertised
- Super low resolution in all aspects when I was testing the games , It's not good even in the old Oculus real-time demos or Quest's main hub menu
- Super low quality and uncomfortable head strap while it costs near 900 CAD, it's a huge shame
