I have had this monitor for a week now. The monitor is amazing! No complaints yet. The ergo stand took a second to get started with. I think it would be nice if there was a small manual about that. I am aware there are a lot of videos on YouTube discussing the ergo stand. I had seen several, so I did know everything, but for a second I felt like I could not move the stand-up and down. So I got a little worried. But then everything worked out perfectly. Aside from that, make mentioning where the monitor controls are would be helpful as well. I think that took longer to figure out than anything. This could be a me issue though because this was my first LG monitor, but those were all like first 15 minute issues. Everything has been smooth sailing from there. I love this monitor because it works really well for productivity and playing games on. I have a Switch, and it works really well with that. So I have been racking in a lot of Super Smash Bros hours. All in all, I would really recommend this monitor to anyone!

Brightness/Color disappointing

I'm a GUI designer and I was super excited by the proposition of a 4k IPS monitor that included a stand, 1.5b colors and all at a good price. This is a great monitor for people that do not work in graphic any other visual art. The colors are just not there, the pixel density and brightness are also not there.
Disappointed as the proposition was compelling and I was really excited for what this could have been.
Pros: Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Image

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never experienced such poor image quality on a display. the viewing angles are so poor that even sitting directly in front of this screen you lose all detail on the sides. I'm shocked this is advertised as a collaborative display, and even something LG sells, let alone part of the Ulrtafine series. My cheap older monitors look infinitely better next to these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Search Continues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the reviews before pulling the trigger on this monitor. Not sure if these people actually made the purchase and used this monitor but if they did, they need to get their eyes checked.
I use this work only, graphic design, print, promotional and marketing materials.
Definitely would not buy this monitor again or recommend it to anyone in the same line of work.
Horrible color accuracy, extremely dim even at brightest setting. For mew this was just a waste of money.
Spend the extra $$$ and get a high end monitor.

Works Great With A Mac Studio

I was looking for a monitor to go with my new Mac studio. That would give me the same resolution as my iMac used to. But not cost the outrageous price Mac charges for their monitors. And this monitor has met all my needs. Side-by-side with an iMac I can't tell the difference. And I buy fairly high-end Mac computers.

Just a note: connected to a MacbookPro 16", the sound control of the Mac is not taken into account. You have to press the button below the screen to change the volume.
