[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and love this monitor. I showed my 20 something kids and they were very impressed. The setup was very simple, the only thing that took a while was adjusting the font sizes from my Macbook Pro, and using it as another monitor. I plan on buying another one as well and have them across the entire desk and using them as external's as my eyesight is fading and these really improve the size of the webpages and text versus seeing them on the smaller macbook 16" screen without having to really change the font size to extremely large.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the screen is amazing, the resolution and graphics are what I expected and delivers on that part. I have a large desktop that goes under my desk the cables that are provided the HDMI and USB-C are pretty short so be mindful of that especially in regards to standing desks. The instillation directions could be written better. I admire the design and enjoy being able to do video and picture editing on this screen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying the monitor. Phone support is not great. The first level of support is poor. I think, also, that the monitor is a little overpriced
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the image is not very good and after one month of use the USB-C socket broke off the backplane of the monitor. Although the Ergo mount has a cable manager with cable fixation on the top and I left enough cable length for free movement the cable provided is very stiff and the USB-C is not firmly attached. It's only soldered on the backplane. All the tension in the cable is loaded on the small soldered socket and it will fell off soon or later.
Just returned from my local LG service with the accusation of bad use of the monitor. They recommend me NOT TO MOVE eht mount and USE A CABLE FIXATION system not provided with the product.
Clearly this product is bad. Don't buy. I'm losing a lot of time in this situation.
Not a warning was made about this in the manual.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it for a few months and I do not regret my purchase. I am suing the extra USB ports for accessories and it frees up ports on the big base. Quality is great and the ability to swivel this bad boy around is great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two monitor four months ago. Working from home office is more enjoyable than ever before. Screen 4k picture quality and vibrint color are amazing and pleasing to an eye. Ergo stand keeps your desk real estate more usable and clean out of your way. If price is not an issue then I recommend this monitor to anyone.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this monitor for my MacBook Pro while teleworking out of a hotel and it has served splendidly. The setup was super easy, clamping to my room table with no drilling, and it just amazes me how simple the monitor clips into the stand - had it up in mere minutes. I have it connected via USB-C and the picture quality is great, but the blacks are a little muddled in areas. I suspect a direct connection to HDMI may remedy this, giving you more options in the color settings, but have not attempted it to date.
The monitor calibration software is actually a great little added benefit, even working with my Greta McBeth calibrator. The menu is also super intuitive, not overly complex.
Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better monitor for the price.
