[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the cheapest ultrawide monitor you can get. This comes with its drawbacks.
Pros:
Very affordable at only $200
Looks good asthetically.
IPS(I think this is the biggest selling point of the monitor. It is really nice to have an IPS panel over TN or VA)
Cons:
It is 29 inches instead of the 32 or 34 of many ultrawides.
It is only FHD, which is very noticable at average desk distance.
Gaming on this is a nightmare. It feels so choppy and has bad response times and framerates.
Pros:

Issues with Windows only resolution 1920x1080

Bought this today and spend 3 hours trying to search for a fix. I have downloaded the newest driver from LG site, updated windows video chip driver and the screen only gives me a recommendation of 1920x1080. checked your discussion forum and help. No solution to the problem provided.

Great monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this monitor more than a month ago and I’m pleased at how easy it was to setup and install. With the pandemic, it’s forced everyone to weigh their options when it comes to the makeshift home office. I built a PC from scratch for work and gaming and when it came to monitors, I only wanted an LG widescreen to be able to work on multiple projects. The HD display and low blue light levels attracted me to it. My eyes don’t feel as strained after hours of working. What I love is to be able to switch between a gaming console and my main PC with the multiple HDMI ports.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality

Good monitor but may need an adapter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good monitor. But not all computer video card can support the ultrawide display. The drive from LG does not work. Need to get some extra adapter to realize the true display feature
