I reached out to their customer service department and Kenneth made the replacement process so easy. My wife loves her gift, and I will recommend this product/company to all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid bag with many options and pocket.Pocket for the bottle a bit wobbly.Instructions/ guide ok but could be better as there are so many pockets options.Too bad no room for patches.Time will tell if zipper are resistant.Other than that...super comfortable.Great bag for the city or casual days.

It's a tad bit heavy but he considers worth it. It can carry everything he needs and is perfectly sized for travel. Thank you, WANDRD!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken this bag with me the last nine weeks through some really rough and muddy terrain and it has performed so much better than I had ever expected Props to Wandrd for making this great bag for photographers. The bag is just as much a tool as the camera and this is one of the best bags I've worked with. Plus it looks good in dirt 🤙-kyle
