Almost perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. I would make the interior to be a light color, maybe the color of the exterior (except for black, maybe make the interior gray). All camera gear is black and it's hard to find with a black interior.2. Rather than that large hook to close the top, maybe a magnet. The hook is clumsy for me. Velcro, if you're in Africa, for example, startles the fauna. So a magnet closure seems best. 3. Offer the same fabulous exterior colors for the 21L and 31L that you offer for the 11L, with those same interiors. I wish I could have waited until you offer those colors for the 21L but I'm headed to Antarctica and needed my bag now! I bought the 21L in that gorgeous orange. It will serve as my personal item on the plane and my backpack/camera bag when walking with the penguins. :)

It feels very comfortable on my back, and easy access to my camera and laptop. A lot of room for other things as well. Love the secret pocket too.

I have the 35L and it has so many great pockets to stay organized plus I love that you can pull your laptop out so easily. I’ve even taken it on a 6 day trip. Couldn’t recommend more!
