I have a toddler who drops my phone. This was advertised as more protection than the Defender. The customer service rep also confirmed this for me. It is thin, flimsy and the case has no grip- it will slide right off the table or out of a pocket. I ordered the Defender the day this case arrived. Disappointing.

Ive had for over a week and the protection is outstandingly, but I would recommend the black case. Clear scratched up after one day, noticeably, kinda bummed.
Good protection but can’t get silent on/off toggle switch to work and the case is almost impossible to get off once it’s on.

Two days into using it. Front seal is not lined up, side snap and switch for muting does not align correctly.

bought the product around a month ago and the inside edge glow is coming out attracting small particles. This is really bad......

Couldn’t get the case to close properly, even took to the ATT store where I purchased my phone and they couldn’t get it to work. I will still buy an Otterbox, just a different one.

Overall, I am satisfied with the case and its performance. However, after having it for 16 days it appears that the rubber seal surrounding the inner portion of the phone face is beginning to separate from the rest of the case itself. I have used Otterbox for a number of years and this issue is the first of its kind to me considering my previous experiences with the Otterbox brand. I have faith in the company but this is causing concern with how soon the separation is occurring.

Received the case before my iPhone X shipped out, and as soon as I got the phone it went right on. The case works great with the ZAGG Glass+ Screen Protector and so far survived one fall it took from the bathroom sink. The way the speakers face the front also works great and is amazing to have.
