Very over priced and poor quality. The case buttons are almost impossible to use requires way to much force and must hold phone side ways to be able to apply enough pressure. The clear back cover scratches when you look at it and looks horrible after only 2 days use! The so called sealed case is not very sealed dust hair and lint all between back cover and phone. Opening case back up to clean is very difficult and once i got open inside scratched even when using microfiber. Never been so disappointed from outter box

I always use OtterBox cases for my phone and bout this one about a month before I actually had the phone! Now that I’ve had the phone for about a week I’ve decided to rerun this case (once customer service is open on Monday) due to the case not fitting around the volume buttons. I’ve now seen many reviews stating the same thing. The case sticks out around the buttons and it makes it difficult to use them. I also can’t get the mute toggle to work with the case on. It’s a shame because I absolutely love all the other features of this case. Insane on other reviews a response saying to watch a YouTube video showing exactly how to put the case on. I followed those directions with no change in fit. So I’m just going to stick with the commuters series.

It’s a solid case no doubt. However it has never closed 100%. Even spending ages to carefully close the sides, the left volume button area never fit well. Disappointing at this very high price. I wouldn’t buy this model again.

I use to use the Defender But when I got the IPhone X, I went with the pursuit case it goes in and out of my pocket easily and is a strong case does not bend.
Ringer On /Off switch does Not Work , also NO instructions came with case //// said go to web site //// I like the case for size BUT

I bought this case three weeks ago. It took almost two weeks for me to get the case. Once I got it it didn’t fit well. The button for the silent option doesn’t sit right with the closure. The case isn’t even on that part and I can only have the phone on silent since it’s better than having volume on at all times.

I have owned many OtterBox cases for the iPhone, and they have done great with protection, but this case actually looks good AND protects my phone. The fit is absolutely perfect and the style is nice. My only recommendation is to buy a screen protector because this case has an open front.
