I bought this case never thinking there would not be a belt clip for it. Sadly disappointing that there is not one. I put my new Otterbox on the shelf and bought another one. Moving away from future Otter-boxes when there is not a clip available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We sincerely apologize about any miscommunication surrounding the iPhone X Pursuit! True, the Pursuit does not come with a belt clip, and the case we carry that does include a belt clip option is the Defender series. The Defender style has specific clasps on each side that hook into the belt clip holster, so unfortunately, that is the only case that will work with it. I’m happy with my case but I did not give 5 stars because it doesn’t come with a little tool to open the case and you can damage it by using a quarter.overall I am satisfied it seems to do a good job and I would recommend it

The Pursuit Series for the iPhone X is a quality case that seems to offer good protection.
At first, the switch for the ring/silent toggle seemed to not work very well but after about a day it works great.

i received my iPhoneX pursuit case & man it is speak & cool! But, it is stated that it's the most protective & study case that otterbox provides & there isn't absolutely no way that it is more durable than the defender series. It doesn't have a plastic screen protector, it doesn't have 2 layers or protection like the defender does, & to be quite honest it is pretty flexible & does seem like it will provide any protection from the phone bowing like the defender might. So overall, I do like the pursuit case & would recommend it to those looking for a protective, minimalistic case that doesn't get in your way. But think that otterbox should definitely change A. The description of the product to explain that it's much more barebones than the defender, & B. The price. For the level of protection your getting you shouldn't be paying the highest price out of all of their products. But it's cool! I've loved otterbox for a very long time & will continue using their products.
