I bought the case when I preordered my iPhone X. The case is very solid and surprisingly thin. I could do without the flap at the bottom covering the charging port and the extremely fragile knob that covers the mute switch, but overall a really nice case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have now used the Pursuit case for over a week and have found a couple features to not up to my standards:
* Using the Siri commands, for some reason, with this case on you need to speak closer to it to have Siri act on your commands. Additionally, parties to my conference calls actually told me they could barely hear me.
*Lastly, when I tried to use my wireless charger in my car, the phone with this cover on did not fit well.

It is odd that this case is experiencing audio issues, since that specific unit is engineered with integrated audio scoops to enhance sound quality. As for the wireless charger, unfortunately we are unable to test our cases with third-party accessories, so we can't guarantee that absolutely all wireless chargers will fit with this Pursuit. I bought this item as a preorder and when it arrived it had a crack right down the back of the case and there was no cord which it said the phone came with the box was damaged and it is very very dissappinting not sure if I will ever order again and I regularly ordered. I would have needed a lot more cases for my new x

Feel like it doesn’t have as much protection as my other otterbox I had on my iPhone 6s Plus. And all I’ve used is otterbox with all my phones. I feel like it doesn’t provide as much protection as my previous otterbox’s.
