It was disappointing the case is hard to take off and the silent button on the side doesn’t work. It gets dirty quickly.

"Disappointing," isn't exactly the word we were going for when we designed our most protective case yet! Our apologies that the Pursuit mute switch is giving you some pushback. The unit does have to be very specifically installed in order for that switch to work flawlessly with the iPhone. Please don't hesitate to call our expert Otters at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll gladly provide some application tips and tricks to align the case perfectly on your device!
As for the dirt, we would recommend a reliable dose of soap and water to wipe that away. If that doesn't do the trick, just let us know, and we'll be happy to send out a warranty replacement!

Looks good but has malfunction in silent ringer pi

The unusual round circle located in the area of where you want to set the phone for silent causes the phone to malfunction. Even when the ringer is in the non silent mode calls or other alerts are silent. I tested this out by removing the case and everything worked normally.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it turned out to be a great purchase. It’s a super solid cover which Pro ides great protection. Only thing to be aware of is the size of the phone to hold once the case is on can be a little bit larger than expected.

I just got my Pursuit in the mail and compared to my current iPhone 6s Lifeproof Fre it is a tiny bit longer but just as wide and thin.
I've gone away from Outterbox because case that could stand up to my clumsiness were bulky, not the case (no pun intended) with the Pursuit.
Can't for my iPhone X to arrive and test the fit and finish.
