Trusted Otter Box to protect my last phone for 3 years and it did the job well but was too big. This version of a case is compact and still does the job, from what I can tell. I put an extra screen protector on and so far, so good. Can wireless charge through the case, too. Easily fits in my pocket, now. The only thing that I feel might be an issue is the flap where the power cable goes in -- that may not last 2 to 3 years (as it didn't on the previous model, either).

I initially had trouble separating the two pieces, as I had no luck using the coin. However, once I got it apart, installation and reassembly went smooth. This is a very protective case which is comfortable to hold. I am quite happy with it.

I have had this case for over a few weeks. It has survived everything thrown at it. All the snowboarding trips, drops and hiking excursions. I always have this otterbox on. The only thing is the TPU on the outside of the case tends to frail. Just from putting it in my pocket and taking it out. Other than that, I love this case.
