The rubber lining on the outside is already starting to lift and break and only 2 weeks...not very good quality

Good case for me since I commute via train everyday. It does add some bulk to the sides of the phone but doesn’t add too much thickness. I find that the case hinders the speaker sound when playing music out loud, etc. but otherwise listening via Bluetooth or aux doesn’t make a difference.

This protection case is very slim. My phone doesn’t take much space in my pocket with or without it. The case is very sturdy, and I feel like my phone is well protected against small impacts.
2 things though: 1st, it does not come with a screen protectior. 2nd, the way it is designed, you have to turn a knob to switch the phone into vibration mode. I feel this design is flawed and will most likely break within months.
Overall, this case is a little expensive, but should give you good returns.

I’ve been using this case for about 2 weeks now, and have have very few problems with it. I was reluctant to buy this case because there’re weren’t many good ones. There was a problem with the ringer/silent lever but got better over time. The bottom piece protecting the lightning connector came off all together. Dissatisfied overall.

Purchased about a month ago and it has performed as expected. I like the slimmer design compared to the defender line. One should be aware of the silence switch and how it works, to properly install the case. It’s really a rather clever idea. I think the screen protector glass (that must be purchased separately) should be a couple of cm larger so that the case secures it to the screen better. I also think it would reduce the tendency for dust to collect at the screen edges. I also think a protector for the camera would be a wise improvement.

We had difficulty installing the case on my wife's iPhone X and ended up having to look online to figure out how to open the case and install the case onto the phone. Also, it appears that the silencer switch on the case does not work to silence the phone. Overall it looks great and we're confident it will protect the phone but we are not impressed by installation and the silencer switch not working.
