Poorly made. The toggle switch for ring to vibrate does not fully function. It is very hard to switch back and forth. Almost ruined the actual phone because of switch.

To turn ringer on/off button is so hard it splits

It seems very sturdy and protective. I hope it is. Turning the ring on/off button is so hard to use it splits my finger nails. Rest of the buttons are hard to find and just a bit less difficult to use.

The case is slim, light weight, and has protected my phone from drops. However the ring/ silent switch does not work. It is very frustrating when I have to take my case apart to switch from ring to silent.

This is the 2nd Otterbox I’ve purchased; I was happy w/ my previous one for my iPhone 4, which I dropped/knocked off tables MANY times over 6 years. Re: the Pursuit case for the iPhone X, I LOVE the wrist leash, which seems like it will go a long way toward preventing dropping it!

Received this case last week. Was super easy to apply to my X. The feature that I hadn’t seen prior was the sound off/on knob. I wasn’t sure it was supposed to stay or be clipped off. My only complaint is No screen protector enclosed. A lot of money to shell out for the case alone.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it does the job of protecting my phone but the ringer switch does not work with ease, a lot of pressure needs to be applied for it to work which could damage the 1.5k worth phone. I will be purchasing a better phone case which is more protective with a working ringer switch. possibly the defender edition...

The clear back scratches super easy and looks cheap. The silent/ring switch rarely works right. Other than that it’s slim and as described. Just not impressed for the price.
