Excited to receive the Otterbox case. Opened the box and the clear back was scratched up. So disappointed. Can’t take pic.

I prioritize protection in a phone case, and this case seems as though it will provide great protection. However, I wish there were more color options. The clear case back looks absolutely gorgeous with my new iPhone, but the black around the front is very boring. It wish the clear back option was available with other colors, and I wish there was a better color selection overall.
I like the case but the vibrate lever does not work. It worked for one day and stopped.

Yikes, we apologize that the mute switch gave up on you! This is odd, but can sometimes be caused by misalignment of the iPhone switch with the ringer on the Pursuit case itself. The unit does have to be very specifically applied in order to work seamlessly with the device, so please feel free to check out our installation video via the following link. The buttons on the case are very stiff and hard to press. It takes 2 hands to press the power button. Other than that it is a standard case.

Not to worry - although the side buttons on newer cases can occasionally be a little stiff at first, they typically become more comfortable with some time and use. I have always owned the otter box defender, but after speaking to an otter box agent was informed the pursuit would be the better and most protective case. I had my case installed like the Otterbox people suggested and still had difficulties using the silence button. Also, my case was flimsy and I did not feel it was protective. Needless to say I went back to the defender series and am very happy.
