Locked out setting safe up

The safe opened with the preset code but now won't open with the new code I set up and will not open at all

The lockbox failed to open with my correct combination code that I’ve had since I got it. It’s never once been changed!! So it is def a manufacturing malfunction of the combination lock on this particular box!! I have attempted to email sentry safe three times now and I’ve called their support contact number twice also. Was on hold once for exactly 45 min the first time with no one ever picking up. And 25 min the second time with no one ever picking up the phone!!! And not one’s soul has gotten back to my emails I sent in either! My wallet, keys, etc. personal belongings are all inside this box that is locked because their combination lock malfunctioned. So I am not happy right now. I even expressed to them through email how important it was for me to speak with someone asap because I need my keys to get to work, etc!!! And not one soul has attempted to reach back out to me at all. And we are going on day two now!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't like this safe. It need a katch to help open it. There space inside is good. Its mnot portavle friendly inn my opinion. It hooks too much like a strong box and your hiding something. That was not my intended purpose
