Otter box is my go-to phone cases because they are strong, protect my phone and very durable. This is my 5th Otter box case and the first one that I am disappointed with. My low rating is for the pattern/design. I bought the "APPLE SYMMETRY CLEAR IPHONE X THAT WILLOW DO". The willow pattern is only visible when the case is empty and held up to a light. When the phone is in the case, all you see is a sparkle area at top and "cracks" on the lower half. These "cracks" are actually part of the darker willow pattern. In just one week of using the case, I had 5 people tell me my phone case had cracks. Two photos attached. One with the case held up to light and the 2nd with the case on a blue paper (my phone is black, so it looks even worst).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for my new I phone Xs, it’s fantastic! Having bought an OtterBox Case previously for my I phone 7, this model is great. It’s much thinner but offers the same amount of protection. Perfect if you are looking for a case, ask the design Is great. I would like to see more female orientated cases though! This is the only one I could find that wasn’t a Minnie Mouse for three year olds. More flowery designs please! But the case is great all the same.

Looks cool and protects the phone. If it wasn’t so slippery I’d rate it higher. It’s made of a hard plastic and when placed on a hard surface it slides all over the place. This problem is with the symmetry lineup in general so I had an idea what I was getting.
