I have a Sun Joe MJ401E - the blade came off because the bolt holding it broke. OK. Things happen. Does Sun Joe have the bolt and the blade in stock to replace? NO. Do they have an expected time when they will have replacement parts? NO Do not buy this product. Make sure whatever product you do buy has replacement parts.

Great and Powerful mower for it's size

Don't let size fool you . Yes it's Plastic but that's what makes it LIGHT WEIGHT ! I've let the grass get 8" tall and if you know how to handle a mower properly and don't let the motor start to slow the motor should last a long time . I use this mower on a fairly large lawn . And it does it's thing well . JUST DON'T BE ROUGH with it . Should give you years of service .
Pros: Easy to Push & Steer, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the mover Hate the grass catcher

This is the prefect mower to me. I am disbled and can no longer pull the cords on the gas mower and they are too heavy to push around. This tiny litte mower does a better job in cutting BUT.... 1. I can only do 3 passes before I have to empty the bad which is literally impossible to attach unless you bend and twist to make sure it is attached properly. Would be prefect if it was a mulcher. 2. the wheels need to be better quality. 2yr using and my lawn is full of patches of no grass and the wheels get caught and you really have to push to get them through the spots. The wheel are tiney and wooble alot. Looks like they will fall off. 3. Bag has already torn from the constant removal but great quality mulch too use for my garden.

You get what you pay for...

Received it yesterday and was excited to get outside and cut my lawn. Very easy to put together and understand the directions of use. Started cutting on the middle setting and it worked good but i wanted the grass shorter so i put it on the lowest setting and that's when i began to have issues. 1. If there was a slight "bump" in the ground the blade would catch on the ground and the mower would stall. 2, If i tried to cut a tall patch of grass the blade could not cut through it and the mower would stall. 3, Thick grass cuttings would get caught up between the blade and the plastic casing causing the mower to stall. So i went back to using it on the medium setting and it worked fine until... 4, After mowing over a Magnolia tree seed "bomb" the plastic casing around the blade broke in 2 places. It still works okay and will do the job i need it to do, but in future I'll purchase a more sturdy mower that hasn't got cheap plastic parts that break easily! Also found it easier to mow without the grass catcher attached as it just filled up too quickly and i spent more time emptying it than actually mowing.
