Love this! Have a SnoJoe which I love so took a chance on this and it is wonderful! We have a large yard with a steep embankment which I can't use a regular lawnmower on because it is too heavy so I've been using a trimmer which takes forever and winds up choppy. Got this and no problem! Once I figured out I could walk it up the hill and then move it over and go backwards and it cut like butter. The first time I used it the grass was over 6" high and it was no problem at all! I'm a 65 year old woman and I love this mower!
Pros: Powerful, Easy To Use, Lightweight

Love this little mower. Was skeptical about how well an electric mower would do cutting grass. It exceeds my expectations. Choose electric so I wouldn't have to worry with oil changes and buying gas for a gas-powered mower. I mow my lawn once a week, and I love the way it looks.
Be careful though about mowing over twigs and sticks. I have unknowingly broken off a piece of the plastic under the mower. I also mow my yard without using the grass catcher. It fills up so quickly that I spent more time bagging grass clippings than I did mowing - and I filled 11 trash bags. Definitely didn't want to deal with that every week. Works like a charm. Proud of my choice!

I love this mower. I didn't buy a more expensive one because I really wasn't sure but now that I have used it I will always buy a Sun Joe. I read the reviews and went with them and was no dissapointed. I just can't pull the cord on a gas mower. I am a 59 year old woman and have to do the mowing. It is easy to start, easy to push, every thing is easy. If it would mow by itself then it would be perfect. Haha!! Except the the cord being a pain it is great but the cord is not a fault of the mower and still is worth the hassle because of how easy it is. I even bought the attachment to blow the grass out and it is great. Sun Joe for life!! :)

A few glitches, but great overall

When I first got this mower I hated it, and almost returned it. I hated that grass catcher! It's extremely difficult to line up the notches on both sides to attach it. And it fills up so fast I felt like I spent ten minutes trying to deal with the catcher for every five minutes spent mowing. My city doesn't allow grass clippings in our trash, so I had a huge pile of clippings piled up. Then, one day, Eureka! I realized that I could mow without the bag! I know you're not supposed to, but I tried and it was fine. If my grass is super thick it does get a little bit packed inside the mower, but I just give it a few bounces on the concrete and all the grass inside clears out. Now I love this mower! It powers over baby trees in my back yard. I'm pretty abusive to this mower, and it just keeps going. It even mulched a huge pile of leaves down to dust. It's awesome.
Pros: Easy To Use, Low Maintenance
Cons: The Grass Catcher

This product is very easy to use and effective. The plastic housing is soft, it sounds like it makes contact with the blade when the front is bumped to something. It tips backward when the grass catcher fills up. I'm amazed at this product despite of how it was shipped, not a good impression for the company. Here are some photos for you to look at.

I love this lawn mower! Easy directions, easy set up and easy go! In a matter of minutes I was mowing. The only issue I have is the tires are plastic. But I also live on a steep hill for a yard so because it was so light and plastic wheels, I'm fighting it all the way. If I had flat yard, man this would be a dream! I love that it's not as loud as gas lawnmowers or smelly like them too. I still give the mower 5 stars because my yard is to blame for the fight. Currently I'm on the search for a light rubber wheel that I can replace or rubber bands I can put around the tires for a little traction. Otherwise I guess I wait to win the lottery and buy a flatter yard! ;)

Weak plastic construction

Our lawn is completely out of control, it has been WEEKS since the plastic blade bolt BUSTED on it, and you still don't have any new ones or other components we NEED in stock, and it don't look like you have any intention of restocking them, any time soon.

DO NOT BUY! They no longer make the blade for this mower, so you are out of luck if you need to replace it. I loved this mower until they could no longer supply the blade
