After a few learning curves this has to be the easiest lawn mower I have ever used. No oil and gas to worry about. Lightweight, pushes very easily. Did learn that it works better with side shoot better then the collection bag., also middle wheel setting. I will come back for winter needs.

I tray to cut my grass but the engine of the law more is take a wile to star having power and it cut ok the grass I wish that the engine will start when you press the start button not to make a noise for few second to a minut and after that is start.

Like others said, good service support. I was mowing my little yard this morning and the rear wheel came off. Checked the purchase record and the warranty is expiring in 15 days. Contact them through online chat and they helped me registered the product and sending me the wheel assembly kit. The whole conversation was less than 10 mins. I will come back to update the review when I received the kid.
