[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sun Joe MJ401E Electric Lawn on-time. However, apparently due to my inaccuracy the mower broke down after the first use. I called the company and explained the issue. Literally in 2-3 days I received a new mower in exchange for a spoiled one. It works brilliantly! Because I have a lawn services, I had only used my mower twice before it died :-(
So naturally I was on fire when I called the vendor. However the service desk calmed me down and was quick to take me through some troubleshooting steps before letting me know that the unit was covered and that it would be replaced!
Although I have yet to use the new unit, I am happy with the prompt attention given to my problem. Thank you Sun-Joe

Great Little Beast of a Mower

My first electric mower and this is a little beast. Have had no problems with the mower and I have used it on a big yard. I do have a problem with playing cord rodeo with the long extension cord. Next time will buy a battery operated one. However, with the way it is working, that will be a while. I would like for it to be wider. It takes a few more passes to complete the yard. Other than that, it is a great lawnmower and will buy SunJoe again.

I bought a house and only have grass in the back yard, so I could not see buying a larger gas mower for it, I found the Sun Joe on Amazon and absolutely love it, it takes just a few minutes to mow the lawn and being electric is very easy to operate.
