This is an OK mower, NOT good if your grass gets to long though, its constantly clogging up, I dont normally use the bag and it still clogs up. It will turn off when it gets overloaded. Its also a pain always having to watch out for the cord. If I had to do it over again I really wouldn't buy one.

The lawnmower is working great to cut the grass. I have a mix of common bermuda within mostly St Augustine. The only precaution is not to bump the tires against protruding objects like a decorative boulder. Even a light bump can cause the wheels to move to a different height designation.

Pro: It’s cheap and it works. Bag detaches and attaches easily, but clogs when trying to empty it.
Cons: You get what you pay for. Mowing, you’re going to hit rocks. It happens. Well I hit one rock and the the bolt in the center of the blade bent, the engine froze up, and the unit was done for.
No problem. I’ve got a warranty. :|
We filled out the warranty claim and got no response no from Sun Joe until we called the Netter Business Bureau. Poor, or rather, total lack of customer service.
