I bought this glosser 3 weeks ago and it worked very well . Then it slowed down tremendously so I changed the batteries and no power at all. The batteries work in other items in our house so it’s not the batteries.

Clean teeth and no "thing".

I have used your counter top Waterpik for years. I can floss and brush all I want but it takes a Waterpik to really get the job done. Recently I traveled to Montana for a half marathon and was worried about not having my Waterpik because of my teeth alignment. I didn't want to be a Roseanne Rosannadanna on vacation with that "thing between your teeth and you don't know what it is". I mean can you imagine running 13.1 miles getting all sweaty, your legs are so tired your shadow passes you and on top of that you have this 'thing' between your teeth that is driving you nuts for what seems like 100 miles? So I bought your model WF-02. I was really surprised that it cleaned as well as my counter top unit I did have to put more water in the reservoir to finish cleaning, but that was nothing compared to feeling of clean teeth....and no "thing".
But next time I'm going to get your Cordless Slide Professional because it looks so cool and it's rechargeable.

Years ago had one with a large water holder. Was a plug in. This is way better. Battery use. Don't take up space around sink.
