So far it has been great but now the water compartment doesn't lock in after I fill it with water so it just falls out and creates a mess... I have to hold onto the compartment in order to floss... it's a real hassle

Was Great…..

I bought this glosser excited that it ran in battery power. Now I hate it! The batteries die too quickly for everyday use. I would rather have the inconvenience of having to plug it into recharge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry that you are unhappy with your WF-02. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day, or if multiple people use it, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit.

Disappointing product

Cordless Waterpik(white) is disapointing on all counts. Pressure is insufficient, water capacity is insufficient; worst of all--it requires new batteries monthly! Annual added cost is laughable. I'm putting this model away and taking out my 5-year-old Waterpik for continued use (and satisfaction.)

Hello rgie - We are sorry you are disappointed with the product. It is a battery-operated unit. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The model does have a 30-day money-back guarantee. I love this thing!

I’m an avid flosser but nothing feels better than the Waterpik. SO much faster/better to use this thing to get out tough food such as chia seeds (the worst with permanent retainers). I have zero counter space so this works great. Highly recommend and am buying my boyfriend one as well!
