Almost a year old, stopped working! New batteries, not damaged, Not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice and easy to use in the shower otherwise I end up spraying the water all over my mirror. I really enjoy using my Waterpik and am excited to see what my dentist thinks of my gums in the coming weeks after using it for 2 months.

After regular flossing I use this Waterpik product and find that it helps remove even more food particles that my brushing and flossing didn’t get out. Love this model because it doesn’t take up much space on my bathroom counter!

It would be better if the water container was larger so it didn't have to be refilled so many times. My mouth fills so much cleaner and fresher after using the waterpik.

This does pretty much what you would expect a water pik to do. Battery life is a little limited (they advertise 40 uses), but my biggest complaint is that the reservoir is a little small. I often have to re-fill once during use. I know this is the cheap version but another ounce or two of capacity would have gotten 5 stars.
