I am pleased with this replacement. The first one I ordered was defective with the attachment of the water reservoir to the main unit. When I took it off to let it dry out, it was very difficult to get it to re-attach. It seems the rubber gasket at the top was askew and therefore would not stay attached. I called up the company and explained the issue in a lengthy phone call. (Customer service was very helpful and polite.) The end result I did get a replacement and the new one is working fine after the first month.

This model works great. Gets the nasty leftover food out between your teeth every last piece. Leaves you feeling like you have done flossed without the pain. Worth every penny. I am sure the more expensive units will do a better job but on a budget this model is great.

Very nice and easy to use in the shower otherwise I end up spraying the water all over my mirror. I really enjoy using my Waterpik and am excited to see what my dentist thinks of my gums in the coming weeks after using it for 2 months.

After regular flossing I use this Waterpik product and find that it helps remove even more food particles that my brushing and flossing didn’t get out. Love this model because it doesn’t take up much space on my bathroom counter!
