Found this cumbersome to hold and maneuver around your mouth. The reservoir is really too small for a thorough cleaning. Although the portability is a convenience I regret not getting a bigger model.
I love this model of the water flosser that uses batteries because it is so much easier to take it when I travel. I do not need a place to plug in a charger and it is always ready for use when I need it.
I am not happy with this product. I had the regular Water Pik Water Flosser but thought I would like to have one I could take if I was traveling. It is heavier than I expected. This does not have the pressure even at the high level. Also, I purchased this on March 3rd. Pamphlet states batteries should last for about 40 uses. I use it twice a day and batteries ran out after 24 uses. I am sorry that I didn’t purchase the regular one.

After using the WF-02W010 for three weeks, I think the tank needs to be a smidge bigger because it runs dry quickly. The unit must be USB rechargeable because it quickly goes through batteries. The switch is difficult to operate when it gets wet. Clearly, the engineers didn't floss with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
