The flosser works perfect. The only drawback is the battery doesn’t last longer than 30days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Sai B - We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. The average customer will replace the batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.

I received my replacement today. Bought original June 2021 and it totally quit September 2021. Before it's death, the water chamber lost the ability to click into place and stay on but I was able to find a workaround. Batteries needed to be changed and opened a brand new, unexpired package and it never turned on again. Did all the recommended troubleshooting and called company and voila - a replacement. I suggest keeping your receipt and all paperwork "just in case". Company was easy to work with. Price point of this is great and I LOVE IT. I was just disappointed that it malfunctioned.
I am in the tank for Waterpik and wonder what took me so long to discover it! I am buying more soon & giving them to my kids for Christmas!

Works poorly on rechargeable batteries

I bought this and find using it twice a day it is only good for 5 to 6 days then batteries are too weak. I purchased rechargeable batteries but find they do not produce good water pressure. Too costly to buy batteries every week.

We are sorry to see that you were not happy with the cordless unit. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last, is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day or if multiple people use it, we recommend using a counter top model or a rechargeable unit. Our rechargeable cordless model do have the same pressure as our other cordless models.
