It works fine, but the batteries run out in less than a month with daily use.

Batteries will last about one month with once-daily use. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. This model carries a one-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. Our number is 1-800-525-2774. Or you can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com.
The product works, but is cumbersome to use and lacks control over water flow. Once you have started the flow, the only way to interrupt it is the power slide which. I usually end up with a wet T-shirt when I use it. I regret buying this model!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A lifelong owner of Water Pix thought I would try a "traveling" model. Better than nothing but. I found it very cumbersome to use twisting turning vs the wand style. Hard to maneuver. The reservoir is small and very hard to clean and drain excess water out. Definitely does not have the power as my table top units. Rechargeable battery life is ok. Wished I would have never purchased a smaller ION unit to throw in the bag. I am lost each day without my Water Pik unit. They are quality. Have tried this portable a few times now but each time I use it I dont enjoy it. Cant take it back now.
