The battery runs out quickly. However it is amazing on the gums.

How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day or if multiple people use it, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit.
The hand help is not as efficient as the electric. Battery runs out fast. I may return it.

This is great for someone who travels frequently or has limited counter space. When my dentist recommended that I give this a try, I thought it would be a pain. It’s really not bad at all and my mouth feels cleaner!
Works well tank holds very little water and pressure from machine is quite low. It does work. Would be better if it had a rechargeable battery.

Needs a larger water capacity

I was very frustrated with how quickly the water chamber empties, even on the lowest setting. It takes at least 2 to 3 fills to completely floss all teeth. I like the brand and flossing action, but would not spend my money again on this configuration.

The on-off button is VERY hard to push, primarily because when the device is aimed at the teeth, and I am ready to start, my thumb, which is the best choice for turning it on, is on the other side and unavailable. This is very annoying. Hoping the switch, which is very stiff, will loosen up in time.
