This does pretty much what you would expect a water pik to do. Battery life is a little limited (they advertise 40 uses), but my biggest complaint is that the reservoir is a little small. I often have to re-fill once during use. I know this is the cheap version but another ounce or two of capacity would have gotten 5 stars.

We are sorry for the issue you are having with the unit. It does come with a one-year warranty. We are here to help! Please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or give us a call at 1-800-525-2774 to open a warranty claim.
I am pleased with this replacement. The first one I ordered was defective with the attachment of the water reservoir to the main unit. When I took it off to let it dry out, it was very difficult to get it to re-attach. It seems the rubber gasket at the top was askew and therefore would not stay attached. I called up the company and explained the issue in a lengthy phone call. (Customer service was very helpful and polite.) The end result I did get a replacement and the new one is working fine after the first month.
It’s messy, but all waterpiks are probably. The small reservoir is annoying to have to fill multiple times during each use. It is powerful, so be careful not to shoot your eye out!! It does seem to “eat” batteries. It does do the job...cleans food out of those gums quite well.
I had no idea what my brushing was leaving behind. I hate flossing but I love the water pik. Once you get the hang of it, it is easy. I just wish it was bigger then 30 seconds.

I bought the flosser February 11, 2021 and loved it at first but in less than two weeks the batteries died and I flossed one minute once per day.

We are so sorry that you were not happy with the product. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by how long or how often the unit is used, but by the type and quality of the batteries as well. We would like to get some more information to see if we can help. Please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call us at (800) 525-2774. Thank you!

Bad Quality, Tried 2 Units Both Didn't Last

My first unit had the chamber not fitting problem after 1 month (also experienced by other users), I returned it to the reseller for warranty and was offered a new unit even though the reseller suggested me to handle it with care (implying the issue has nothing to do with design or product quality). The new unit worked around 2 months, then the water pressure started to drop. I changed new batteries, tried fully charged rechargeable batteries, and even clean the internal using vinegar as suggested but it still didn't work. At the same time, I can feel the chamber's problem is coming back too. Overall, this product simply has too many defects to deal with.
