I like my Waterpik it's just so messy to use, however I was so surprise to see all the food particles that come out of my teeth. I will definitely recommend the product to family and friends and plan to buy Waterpiks for my children.

Waterpik Cordless Express - Poor Battery Power
on October 21, 2021

At first the Cordless Express worked well but after 2 weeks the battery power declined rapidly, which significantly reduced product performance. I would not recommend this product, purchase a rechargeable or plug-in instead.

We are sorry to see that you are not happy with your new WF-02. We greatly appreciate your feedback. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. The type and quality of AA battery used will impact the performance. If you use the product more than once a day, or if multiple people use it, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit.

Love this waterpik

I wasn't sure that I would like using a waterpik. My dentist suggested that I get one, since I have implants and food could possibly get stuck under the tooth. I've always used dental floss. This waterpik is so much nicer and easier. It can remove anything that might be caught under the implant. I highly recommend this waterpik.

Great for Braces & Bridges

I bought this for my teen who just got braces. I have 3 bridges and a lot of dental work myself. We both enjoy using this and it is great for getting food out of your teeth (especially greens) quickly. It's faster and easier than flossing (I still do that afterwards at night). My only critique is the that it's messy. Bend close to your sink so the water doesn't go everywhere.

Works poorly on rechargeable batteries

I bought this and find using it twice a day it is only good for 5 to 6 days then batteries are too weak. I purchased rechargeable batteries but find they do not produce good water pressure. Too costly to buy batteries every week.

We are sorry to see that you were not happy with the cordless unit. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last, is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day or if multiple people use it, we recommend using a counter top model or a rechargeable unit. Our rechargeable cordless model do have the same pressure as our other cordless models.

I was really pleased to find this compact Waterpik that takes up so little room on the bathroom sink. It works well. My only disappointment is that it is as disposable batteries instead of rechargeable.

Not so great

I bought this unit in February 2021 and have always bought Waterpik products. I am so disappointed. The on-off switch is difficult as is the battery compartment cap. Now I have some moldy looking stuff growing all around the cap as well as inside the water compartment.. and I removed the pic and it is growing there also. Gross. I have tried distilled water and vinegar to clean but since I can't access the inside I can't remove the gross looking stuff in there. After less than a year (7 months) I expected more. My last waterpik lasted years. Wish I had just gotten one of those again.. (sigh) I have a dental issue that requires the use of a water flossing product.. I am now at a loss as to what to do.

We are so sorry for the difficulty that you have encountered with your WF-02. It is very important to remember that if you use any additives (such as mouthwash), that you fill the reservoir with clean water and run it through the unit to flush any residual mouthwash from the water pathway, after every single use. Please also keep in mind that cleaning the product, regularly, with vinegar is actually for prevention.
