I love this product. The only problem I had with it is that I had to order gentle flow tips, the ones that came with the product were regular flow only.

Batteries do not last as long as stated. They were new out of the package. Water reservoir is not quite big enough. Have to refill a few times.

tough on batteries. If you use it once or twice a day the batteries last about 3 weeks. Unfortunately you will notice the batteries start weakening after about 2 weeks. My experience has been one low speed. I never used high.
