I had two previous Waterpik counter top flossers, don’t remember the models. I wanted something that would take up less counter space. This model does not have the power I enjoyed with the other models. Very little difference between high and low settings. Now I don’t know what to do with it.
Donʻt care for the battery operated Waterpik. I thought I was getting a rechargeable. I would gladly pay the extra for a rechargeable one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Kelly M - We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Cordless Plus model. It does use three AA batteries. This model carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. I would be happy to assist you with this and help guide you to a product that would be a better fit. You can email me directly at smreviews@waterpik.com for assistance. Or call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time for assistance.
I have an electric waterpik, but needed one for travel and this is ideal. It works just as well as the electric and treats my teeth and gums as I need.
It seems to work well but even the low setting seems a little strong when you start. Rather than the off/low/high switch, there should just be a momentary on/off switch to hold, and another for the strength. Overall it is okay.
I received this model for Christmas. I like it. The only thing it needs are detailed instructions on how to clean it, when to clean it, and when to replace the tips.
