I have been through a few of these. I like it but there isn’t much to choose from at stores so I replace it. What happens is the pressure slows down after a few weeks of using. I change the batteries and it don’t improve. This is my 3rd water pick in the last year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Jann Bills - We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble. What you are describing indicates the jet tip is likely clogged, or the unit may need to be cleaned. You can clean the jet tip by soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Or it may be time to replace it. We recommend replacing them every three to six months. Click here to view our cleaning blog that has detailed cleaning instructions: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/. If this does not fix the issue, please let us know! You can email me at smreviews@waterpik.com or call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time for assistance.
Would have been a 5 star rating if there had been either a carrying case included or a carrying case available for purchase for an additional cost. I have been unable to find a case that would fit this product even though I have searched for other products that might work.
Still getting the hang of using a water flosser. Having the water reservoir in the device itself is convenient but makes it a little hard to maneuver because of its weight and bulk. If I do decide to use this method instead of string floss I will probably spring for a bigger unit.
Uses too much battery. Went on low power too soon.

Hello KULLI - We are sorry you were not happy with the the Cordless Express. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day or if multiple people use it, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit.
Batteries don’t last very long. Less than 10 days.

Hello Maltese310 - I am sorry you are not completely satisfied with the WF-02 model. Batteries will last about one month with once-daily use. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. This model carries a one-year warranty.
