Worked fine, just really bulky

I ended up returning this product and going with one of the counter top models. I found the cordless one really bulky to hold, and I wasn’t a fan of how often I had to refill the tank. My new one does take up more counter space, but I don’t have to refill the tank or replace the batteries, and it’s so much easier to turn and hold the handle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only like 30 seconds per fill up. Cost of batteries over time will become very expensive. Returned and bought the wired/corded version which I absolutely love.

Loved/But Stopped Working/Replaced 2nd one stopped

I bought this water flosser and loved it. Told my Mom about it she wanted one so I bought her one also she loved it. But.......... I had it a little under a year and it stopped working so I took it back to Meijers and they let me get a re-placement. Here I am again a little over a year and it stopped working again. I am so bummed was at Meijers last night and they do not carry this product anymore so I decided to look it up on your sight and see if there is something I can do to get it to work again? Found nothing since its been over a year (I think) you will not re-place it? I want another one but again if it stops working after a year it will be the 3rd one? I would recommend to a friend if it did not stop working. Torn by your product really did love it.

Hello oldairborne - We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The WF-02 does have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
