Disappointing product

Cordless Waterpik(white) is disapointing on all counts. Pressure is insufficient, water capacity is insufficient; worst of all--it requires new batteries monthly! Annual added cost is laughable. I'm putting this model away and taking out my 5-year-old Waterpik for continued use (and satisfaction.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The model does have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Would prefer that the low setting was lower than it actually is. Also wish unit was smaller.

Its OK until it stops working. Battery changes don't work. This is the second Water Pik in 2 years that this has happened. Very disappointed.

It is very easy to use. I bought it for my son who is paralyzed on one side and only have the use of one hand. It doesn't have to stay on a charger, and he can handle it pretty easily.
It doesn't hold enough water to finish even one session. Mine also leaked when on it's side to be filled.
