I need to replace the water half way through flossing. It takes a few tries before figuring out how to not have the water spray all over the place. If the water reservoir was larger, I would give it 4 stars.

Hi Sonia J H - We are sorry you are not entirely satisfied with the unit. It was designed for travel or for those who have little counter top space. Some users may refill the reservoir more than once.
Easy to handle and use. Plenty of power, using twice a day batteries lasted 3 weeks. I like it.

This product was awful. I’ve had it for 3 weeks, only used distilled water in it and it broke. I want my money back. DO NOT BUY

Hello Jess1921 - We are sorry that this has been your experience. The model is backed by a one-year warranty. We would be happy to look into a claim if necessary. Please contact our team at 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.
I like it because its portable and I can take it with me when I travel. However, the water needs to be refilled two or three times to get a good cleaning and the force of the water doesn't feel as strong as the plug-in model.
Our dentist recommended a water flosser we could use in the show and as our old one had died, we ordered this one. It can be used in the shower or at the sink and it works quite well. Getting the water temperature right is the only challenge, but that's true of any water flosser - cold is very uncomfortable and hot is worse, so it takes a bit of getting used to. Being able to take it on the road is an added perk as it helps to develop the habit of using it regularly.
I love the size of this device and how easy it is to stow away when it isn’t in use. It has been many years since I last used a Water Pik product, but this device does not seem to have the same pressure as the previously used counter top unit had.
