Poor battery life

Noticeable power drop after 2 times of use after replacing battery. I use it once every 1 to 2 days and I am alone.

The brand new batteries supplied by waterpik only lasted only 3+ weeks before I had to change them out for fresh! Will this be a monthly issue? Seems ridiculous

How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day, more than one reservoir of water is used each flossing, or if multiple people use the unit, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit. This waterpik has been great. I love the size which makes it easy to hold and store. I was skeptical about the water reservoir being so small but it has not been an issue. It is fast and easy to refill while flossing. I usually use one fill for the bottom and then refill for the top teeth. The batteries last several weeks with daily use by multiple people.
