horrible battery life

I wish I had purchased a different model. This model eats up batteries. Fresh batteries last less than two weeks. I love how it works on a set of new batteries, but am not happy with this product. I bought it with OTC money thru health insurance so am unable to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had an older model which lasted 8 years. Not pleased with the performance as battery doesn't hold a charge long.

Hello Michaele - We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with the model. The WF-02 is a battery-operated unit. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently.

I like my waterpik and think it's effective: I have great oral care partly thanks to this device. My initial waterpik died before the 12 months were up and Waterpik, no questions asked, immediately replaced it. Now that's the sign of a really good company. I will recommend Waterpik brand do anyone thanks to my good results and their excellent customer service.
