Love the ease of use, but Battery life no

Bought product about a month ago. Was a little intimidated at first, but soon got used to it. My only problem is that it has already run out off battery life. I have put 3 brand new sets of Duracell and it is not powering on. is their a particular brand I should use? Help please!!!

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or counter top model would be a better fit. The WF-03 Cordless Freedom does have a 30 day money back guarantee. Good news is I purchased the cordless model to save space about 4 weeks ago and I enjoy using it and use 2 to 3 times a day as opposed to once a day flossing. Bad news is 3 AA batteries last about 1 week and rechargeable last 3 or 4 days. Would not recommend or purchase this model again. Make sure you purchase one with a charger.

The length of time the batteries will last not only depends on the type and quality of the battery but also on how often the product is used. If using the unit multiple times a day or if more than one user is using the product, a counter top model may be a better choice.

This is the first waterpik product I’ve purchased and thoroughly impressed. I would have ever though that it would be as effective as flossing, but it is. I have a dentist visit coming up in a few weeks and I’m hoping they will see a difference.

So far it has been great but now the water compartment doesn't lock in after I fill it with water so it just falls out and creates a mess... I have to hold onto the compartment in order to floss... it's a real hassle

I know flossing is good for your oral health. I also know that at 64 years old I will never change my mind about string flossing. I hate doing it. The Waterpik WF-02W010 is easy to use & does a great job of flushing your mouth clean. If you purchase one don't bother putting in the three pack of Waterpik batteries that come with the unit. They will only last a few days. Install some new name brand batteries and you'll be good to go. EXTRA!! As you don't need electricity I always bring it with my while camping. You're going to love it!
