I ended up returning this product and going with one of the counter top models. I found the cordless one really bulky to hold, and I wasn’t a fan of how often I had to refill the tank. My new one does take up more counter space, but I don’t have to refill the tank or replace the batteries, and it’s so much easier to turn and hold the handle.
It doesn't do the job. Battery-operated isn't strong enough. Constantly bogs down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello - We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the WF-02 model. Batteries will last about one month with once-daily use. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. This model carries a one-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. Our number is 1-800-525-2774. Or you can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com.
I was skeptical, but two dentists and a hygienist recommended one, so I broke down and bought one. And it does flush out stuff even the floss missed. That being said, I wish now I'd bought a countertop plug-in model. This thing eats batteries. So I bought some rechargeables and a charger. Which now puts the cost up close to a countertop model. Second point: I have to refill the tank once and sometimes twice when I'm using it. The bigger reservoir on a stationery model would probably stop that.
I’ve never had a high priced model. This is the lower priced version and I feel it does what it is suppose to do. I just wish it had a little bit bigger tank, but that doesn’t mean you can refill it if you feel more cleaning is needed. I feel it still does an excellent job for the price.
