I’m very happy with the Waterpik. It’s easy to use and it does an excellent job getting to that one spot I could never seem to floss properly. My teeth look whiter after using it because it stimulates my gums at the same time, giving a healthier look. I highly recommend purchasing one.

How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The WF-02 does have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Loved/But Stopped Working/Replaced 2nd one stopped

I bought this water flosser and loved it. Told my Mom about it she wanted one so I bought her one also she loved it. But.......... I had it a little under a year and it stopped working so I took it back to Meijers and they let me get a re-placement. Here I am again a little over a year and it stopped working again. I am so bummed was at Meijers last night and they do not carry this product anymore so I decided to look it up on your sight and see if there is something I can do to get it to work again? Found nothing since its been over a year (I think) you will not re-place it? I want another one but again if it stops working after a year it will be the 3rd one? I would recommend to a friend if it did not stop working. Torn by your product really did love it.

Only like 30 seconds per fill up. Cost of batteries over time will become very expensive. Returned and bought the wired/corded version which I absolutely love.
