I have been through a few of these. I like it but there isn’t much to choose from at stores so I replace it. What happens is the pressure slows down after a few weeks of using. I change the batteries and it don’t improve. This is my 3rd water pick in the last year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Jann Bills - We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble. What you are describing indicates the jet tip is likely clogged, or the unit may need to be cleaned. You can clean the jet tip by soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Or it may be time to replace it. We recommend replacing them every three to six months. Too heavy & cumbersome. I was able to use it in the UK when I was there but next time I will take my plug in water pic & take a converter plug. However… I LOVE my reg water pic… it’s fabulous!!
