It does a great job of cleaning in between your teeth. It take a while to learn how to use effectively without making a mess. It would be better if the button that turns it on was a button that stopped the spray once you lifted your finger and then started again if you push down.
The water pic action works fine, but managing the battery was a problem. They are at the bottom of the handle, and it's unclear where to add the petroleum jelly to seal the compartment. Water pretty easily gets into the compartment and the batteries get ruined. We went through three sets of batteries before we figured out the problem, and stopped using this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Maltese310 - I am sorry you are not completely satisfied with the WF-02 model. Batteries will last about one month with once-daily use. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. This model carries a one-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. Our number is 1-800-525-2774. Or you can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com.
I liked this product, but it runs on three batteries, which lasted a little over two weeks. Because I have arthritis in my hands, the batteries were hard to change so I had to ask for help every time. I decided to discontinue using it and bought a different style Water Pik. For that reason, I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Hello JanetSmu - We're so sorry that you had difficulty using the Cordless Express. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks, depending how often it's used. We are glad that you found a different style to better fit your needs and hope it's working well for you. We'll make sure to share your comments with our Product Design Team.
Uses too much battery. Went on low power too soon.

Hello KULLI - We are sorry you were not happy with the the Cordless Express. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day or if multiple people use it, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit.
Still getting the hang of using a water flosser. Having the water reservoir in the device itself is convenient but makes it a little hard to maneuver because of its weight and bulk. If I do decide to use this method instead of string floss I will probably spring for a bigger unit.
Would have been a 5 star rating if there had been either a carrying case included or a carrying case available for purchase for an additional cost. I have been unable to find a case that would fit this product even though I have searched for other products that might work.
