Well built,and convenient unit. I am still getting the hang of it so I haven't reached the potential of this pic. I am 62 years old and have big recesses between my teeth that some foods get caught in , Iui must use dental floss to remove the debris.

It's very bulky and awkward to hold onto while using. It's also heavier than other models. The on/off switch is a toggle, and difficult to operate when your hands are wet. The same switch controls the intensity of the flow. A simple push button would have been better. The reservoir doesn't hold enough water. I usually have to fill it twice. I don't enjoy using this at all.
