tough on batteries. If you use it once or twice a day the batteries last about 3 weeks. Unfortunately you will notice the batteries start weakening after about 2 weeks. My experience has been one low speed. I never used high.

What is wrong with this product

this is the 2nd review I have done. It doesn't do anything. I still need to floss. Not sure why 2 tips are included and why are they different colors. It is not like I will share the unit with my wife. It takes a while to learn how to use it. The batteries that were included only lasted 1 month. I would prefer a rechargeable unit . I know that there are different type of tips, but how do I decide which I need?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hell NATMAN - We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. It will come with color-coded accessories for identification purposes. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The WF-02 does have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
