Nice product, but the pressure is too harsh to me. Even on the lowest setting my mouth was hurting and water goes all over the bathroom.

The on-off button is VERY hard to push, primarily because when the device is aimed at the teeth, and I am ready to start, my thumb, which is the best choice for turning it on, is on the other side and unavailable. This is very annoying. Hoping the switch, which is very stiff, will loosen up in time.
I have bought the same Pik twice now and they each just stop turning on randomly. I’ve changed the batteries and cleaned it and still nothing.
