Nice waterpik to use. Portable and easy to use. Only down side is the size of the water reservoir. It has to be refilled three times for me to complete cleaning my entire mouth (top, bottom, inside, outside)
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had repeated problems with this unit. Water gets in the battery chamber. It is very difficult to close.
My wife has the larger counter top model in her bathroom. I wish I had bought one like hers. She has had it for years and loves it. I need one that does not have a curly connection between the water chamber and pik.
Thought this model would work. It does not. Ready to throw away.

The unit doesn't have much power. I replace the batteries and it seems to not affect the performance. I have a rechargeable waterpik that has flossed for 2 years doing a great job, the only problem is it has leaked since new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
