Although I do like the unit, the profile is bigger than the box indicated. It is a rather chunky design. Battery life is extremely poor and even with great batteries, i.e., Duracell copper top/Eveready platinum it made no difference. I understand the design as to where you would add the water, but that design is also not great. I wish it either came with a cover for the pick itself and/or a small funnel to use to fill water.

lowest setting still too strong and even though aimed at teeth it still cut the tissue in the back of throat causing bleeding so this item was returned
