I am not happy with this product. I had the regular Water Pik Water Flosser but thought I
would like to have one I could take if I was traveling. It is heavier than I expected.
This does not have the pressure even at the high level. Also, I purchased this on March 3rd.
Pamphlet states batteries should last for about 40 uses. I use it twice a day and batteries
ran out after 24 uses.
I am sorry that I didn’t purchase the regular one.

How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also by how often the unit is used. This model carries a one-year warranty. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Found this cumbersome to hold and maneuver around your mouth. The reservoir is really too small for a thorough cleaning. Although the portability is a convenience I regret not getting a bigger model.
