Hello krizzy - Sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the WF-02. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective. Also, you can use Alkaline batteries and NiMH rechargeable batteries with the model.

The battery use doesn't last long. The water doesn't flow as strong as it did after 30-days.

The cordless WaterPik made my mouth feel super clean. It removed food particles even after brushing and flossing. I took one star off because the water reservoir depletes quickly.
